Meet The Team

Will Bacchus – IT Support


Will deals with all aspects of IT Support from administration to content editing, end-user support, email services and SEO utilisation. Will joined the team in November 2015.

Joseph Irwin – Web Developer & IT Support


Joseph joined Productive Inbox in 2014 and is our resident mobile responsive/design expert. He works on our website projects providing skills in front end and back end development for all of our customers.

Martin Bindon – Web Developer & IT Support


Martin joined Productive Inbox in 2015. Martin is responsible for back-end development and for being the 1st line support to our customers. Prior to Productive Inbox, Martin worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises for 20 years, supervising in the creation of that famous drink!

 

 

Claire Jeffery - Project Controller


Claire is responsible for controlling all of our projects from inception to completion and has been with us since 2012.

Starting her career as an administrator in the automotive industry, Claire has worked for various IT companies along the way, including AT&T, Softlab and CSC.  While specialising in project control, she has also undertaken various roles including internal marketing, sales administration and credit control.

Matt Bradley – Managing Director/Owner


Matthew set up Productive Inbox in 2009. He is responsible for all software design, architecture and product development within the business in addition to sales and consultancy.

Matthew started his IT career 20 years ago, designing and building computer systems for companies such as Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, BMW, BP, CSC and National Express. Matthew’s claim to fame is that he appeared in a TV advert for National Express back in 2004!

Craig Wright - Web Developer & IT Support


Craig joined Productive Inbox in June 2021 as a back-end web developer. Prior to joining us, Craig worked for a fast-paced SME in the Automotive industry and also undertook freelance and opensource work for various businesses and crypto currencies. Craig started developing in Java from the age of 12!
